NOTE: Parents are requested to carefully read the following before signing the form

1. Admission Fee Challan will be issued upon submission of complete admission form along with previous school leaving
certificate and birth certificate/NADRA Registration form.
2. No cash payment should be made in the office. All kinds of Fees must be deposited in designated banks.
3. Parents are requested to deposit a copy of the admission fee challan in the school.
4. Monthly Tuition Fee should be paid in advance by the 5th of each month. After the due date a daily late payment fine of
Rs.100/- will be charged by the Bank.
5. Final date of payment of the monthly tuition fee is the 20th of the month, thereafter the name of the student will be struck
off the rolls. Re-admission, though not guaranteed, may be allowed on payment of all outstanding dues plus Rs.1,000/-
Re-admission fee.
6. Students who have appeared in the Final examination will only be released from school after payment of Tuition Fee for
June & July and all other school dues.
7. School Leaving Certificate will only be issued after clearance of all school dues.
8. Any instruction conveyed to students verbally or in written form shall be deemed to be conveyed to parents.
9. School management takes utmost care about the safety of all the children. School management shall take no
responsibility for any event/ situation beyond normal control & supervision.
10. Rights of granting admissions are reserved with the school management and admissions are made strictly.
11. The School has the right to remove / reduce any concession given on fee after completion of 1 year
